2010:Shell Script to deploy a solution

1. Open Sharepoint 2010 Management Shell
2. Add the solution with this script - Add-SPSolution -LiteralPath "Path of your solution"
3. Now, you will find the new solution at the Central Admin>System Settings>Farm Management>Farm Solutions
4. Click Deploy to deploy the solution.
5. Do a IISReset

Note : You have to get used to Visual Studio 2010
