Audit Mode - Windows 7

When you try to install google chrome on Windows 7 or vista or XP if you are getting this following error, then that's because you are running OS in teh Audit Mode:

Error: Google Update installation failure with error 0x8004071c or Audit Mode Detected

Solution:

To resolve this issue, you'll need to edit your Windows registry.


1.Go to Start > Run.
2.In the window that appears, enter regedit and click OK.
3.Find the following registry key:
◦For Vista: The value of ImageState in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\State
◦For XP: The value of AuditInProgress in HKLM\System\Setup
4.Right-click the registry key and select Modify.
5.Delete the value and click OK.

Windows 7 uses the same process as vista, except with one difference.

Instead of navigating through /HKLM/...
You should navigate through /HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/...

I have Windows 7 When I get to step #4 (http://spiderwool.blogspot.com/2009/07/audit-mode-windows-7.html) and right click on the register key, select modify, there is no value to delete in the box. What am I missing?

While working with power Apps to Power automate, passing the Date time values as Text(DateTimeValue) throws error as below. The input body for trigger 'manual' of type 'Request' did not match its schema definition. Error details: 'String '' does not validate against format 'date'.'. After checking the Microsoft documentation and few blogs i found out the date values should be passed as a formatted date time. TO pass the date time  we need to use following functions. Text(<<DateTimePicker>>.SelectedDate,"[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd") Even after passing the value i am still seeing the same issue and finally found out the default value ids sending as empty and formulae failing for empty values. So we need to make sure the Date Value should not go blank to the formulae and the value should be formatted using the formulae as above. Hope this helps.
